Care Instructions – The First Bra and The Embrace Brief
Modal cotton garment is best washed by hand to maintain its softness, shape, and durability. Modal fibers are smoother and more delicate than regular cotton, so gentle care helps extend the life of the garment.
Recommended Care:
- Hand wash in lukewarm water (around 30°C / 86°F)
- Use a mild, neutral detergent suitable for delicate fabrics
- Wash gently without rubbing or twisting
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water
- Air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area
- Avoid direct sunlight, bleach, and tumble drying
Machine Washing (if necessary):
- Place items in a laundry bag
- Use a delicate or hand-wash cycle
- Wash in cold or lukewarm water
- Do not wash with rough or heavy garments

Bras
If your bra does not fit, you may contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Returned bras must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached (tags must not be removed)
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if tags have been removed.
Underwear & Secret Layer
For hygiene reasons, underwear and Secret Layer are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty.
