We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings. Product descriptions, images, and sizing information are provided as a guide only.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product information at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices on the Site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.
5. Orders & Availability
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We do our best to ensure stock availability is accurate, but occasional discrepancies may occur.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Bras: If your bra does not fit, you may contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returned bras must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Underwear & Secret Layer: For hygiene reasons, underwear and Secret Layer products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the product.
