Bra Returns & Exchanges

If your bra does not fit, you may contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Returned bras must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• All tags attached (tags must not be removed)

⚠️ Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if tags have been removed.

Underwear & Secret Layer

For hygiene reasons, underwear and Secret Layer products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team and we'll make it right.
